Pêtchi - a Jèrriais word meaning 'to try to catch a fish' - is about the pursuit of perfect produce and local bounty. Served in a fun, relaxed atmosphere that centres around an open kitchen with custom elevation grill & wood-fired oven, Pêtchi offers a modern interpretation of a wood-fired grill restaurant that promises to truly reflect our ethos & island, its wonderful produce and the community.
